Our Listing Process – Step by Step:

1. Discussion with the seller about the expectations & on-site inspection of the property.
2. Collection of the property necessary documentation.
3. Market valuation of the property based on actual market conditions (Its location, supply and demand). This valuation is offered free of charge with a view to establishing a professional collaboration.
4. Technical & Legal readiness assessment status in cooperation with our trusted partners. Our aim is to identify and initiate any procedures that need to be completed before the sale, helping to prevent potential delays or obstacles.
5. Signing of the assignment agreement (in accordance with Greek Law 4072/2012 either a non-exclusive or an exclusive agreement). Our agency fee is as follows:
   • the specific percentage 2% plus VAT 24% for property priced more than 100.001€. This percentage depends on the final selling price after any negotiations made.
   • the amount of 2000€ plus VAT 24% for property priced less than 100.000€. This fee does not depend on the final selling price after any negotiations made.
6. Photography & listing of the property. For properties under an exclusive assignment agreement, we also secure premium advertising placement.
7. Progress Report (Within three months, we provide with a report on the progress of the property's marketing and promotion).
